They_ll remain unchanged for the moment, as the fed wants to see further economic improvements and higher inflation before any increase is pushed through. Interest rates have been near to zero since the start of the recession in 2008. Might be time to lock in those mortgages. The most advanced fighter jet ever made will soon make its debut with the US Marine Corps. The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter has been 15 years in the making. It_s packed full of state of the art technology including supersonic speed, stealthiness, extreme agility and the most advanced weapons system the world has ever seen. All that advanced tech doesn_t come cheap. The current bill for the project is nearing 400 BILLION dollars. Marine Corps bosses are expected to sign off on a squadron of F-35_s in the next few days. And we_ve got a new candidate for boss of the year Nevzat Aydin, the CEO and co-founder of a Turkish food company has just paid out 27 million in bonuses, to 114 employees The generous move comes after the company was sold to a German buyer for 589 million. Aydin said that his employees deserved to benefit as they had contributed to the success of the company. That_s the sort of attitude I wish MORE business leaders would have.
