Sheila Daniels is just another poor girl living without much in Peru, including any kind of health care. Her mom, finding out she is sexually active, tells her she must go to the free clinic and get birth control before she has a baby that she can’t afford to care for! Reluctantly, she agrees and schedules her appointment.

Sheila arrives and is greeted by a friendly nurse. The nurse consults with Sheila and has her change into a gown, leaving her panties on. She proceeds to take her basics such as height, weight, temperature, B.P., and a preform an E.N.T. exam before sedating Sheila.

Once Sheila is out cold, the nurse gets the doctor who is very happy to see this beautiful young girl sedated and almost completely nude! He preforms a not so routine exam while discussing Sheila’s socioeconomic with the nurse, and per the Peruvian governments request, suggests she will be a perfect subject for sterilization.
